SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx and utilize their entire range of services based on your requirements. All large palletized orders, such as contact equipment, will ship via FedEx Freight.

 

Once an order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation. From this point we will calculate the freight charges and email you a total cost with freight and any applicable taxes. We do not markup the freight charges.

 

All shipments are sent insured. In the unlikely event of shipment damage, it’s imperative you notate the bill of lading and or contact FedEx immediately to initiate a claim. Please also notify us as so we can be sure the claim is processed right away. Please document and take photos.

 

Shipping Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped we will email you the tracking number. This will enable you to  check estimated transit times.

In Store Pickup

As an option to shipping, in store pickup is always available. Please call 941-833-3358 to schedule a pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 60 days for a refund or credit towards another item. Any item returned must be unused and in original packaging. Special ordered items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items returned having any damage or showing use or wear will not be replaced, refunded or credit issued.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping we will pay the cost to return the shipment. For all other returns, the shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
